You may use this site to learn about our residential cleaning service and to contact us about booking. You agree not to use the site to submit false information, to interfere with its operation, or for any unlawful purpose.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but service descriptions, availability, and rates may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Rates and scope are quoted directly, and a booking is not confirmed until we confirm it with you.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning. This allows us to offer the time to another household. Specific arrangements for your home are confirmed with you directly when you book.

The text, photographs, logo, and design of this site belong to Crays Cleaning and may not be copied, reproduced, or used elsewhere without our written permission.

This site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crays Cleaning is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
